I like this episode. It is a shame I can't find more of this episode. The Travel Channel stopped airing this show some time after 2002. @Almansi1985 The instrument is called a horse-head fiddle (or sometimes just a horse fiddle) and the style of music/singing goes by many names, but is commonly called Mongolian Throat-Singing, Tuva Throat-Singing or sometimes Humai or Koomai. When I was in Huhhot, Inner Mongolia few days ago, I noticed that both Youtube and Blogspot were unavailable on their internet. If you want to implement Human Rights in a country, you have to make sure it won't hamper down any development in the country, they did it to Russia, the Russian constitution guarantees Human Rights, but how are they guaranteeing that while the government over there even denies civil rights? Basic Human rights are: the right to food, right to work, right to education, right to participate in culture etc. China has all that, what you named were just civil and politicial rights.

Yes, that's what I'm talking about, "Human Rights", people these days are getting so obsessed with it while they don't even have a balanced point of view from the countries where they are advocating Human Rights. A good example is China, China has Basic Human Rights, most of the population has enough food, cloth, housing, able to afford decent (or better) consumer goods etc. Human Rights are not bad, but it should be implemented at the right time.

You need to have a balanced view of China's judiciary system, I'm not saying that you don't need to look at the bad side, you have to. But your only looking at the bad side and not the good. I know China's judiciary system is not that good but it's improving, it even helped more than 1.3 million impoverished people that couldn't even afford for litigation. Why ruin everything in China, while everything is going on the right track over there?

China has been under CCP for 60 years, but it has been 29 years after 1949 that China finnaly started "developing", a developing country will never have a legislation that will guarantee things such as "Human Rights" or "Individual freedoms". These things you mentioned only are in countries with developed legislations, China is working on its legislation system and it has a long way to go, but it's much better than before. And "Freedom" will only split China apart, it will become anarchy.
